Introduction

Hi, I’m Rachel

I offer person-centred and integrative support for adults in a warm, non-judgemental environment. I am a qualified, accredited counsellor in Northern Ireland working across NI and the rest of the U.K., both in-person in Belfast and remotely via telephone and video sessions.

I am a counsellor with a passion for and belief in counselling - I believe it works and I believe it can be life-changing.
