About
I am a qualified, accredited counsellor in Northern Ireland working across NI and the rest of the U.K., both in-person in Belfast (see location) and remotely via telephone and video sessions.
I am a counsellor with a passion for and belief in counselling - I believe it works and I believe it can be life-changing.
I believe that when we feel truly heard and understood, meaningful change becomes possible. As such, I offer a warm, compassionate and completely judgement-free environment where you can explore what you are going through. My counselling space is always diversity-positive, queer-affirming, neuro-affirming, inclusive, and accessible for everyone who may need support in their life.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to my work, creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.

Person-centred counselling puts you at the centre of the process. Rather than giving advice, I support you to explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and move toward meaningful, lasting change for yourself and those around you.
I also draw on psychodynamic and CBT approaches, meaning that we can:
